The room was excellent with a comfortable bed , the bathroom was also excellent but the water licking was there all the time. The staff at the fornt desk did not offer the little bag wit a toothbrush and toothpaste that was supposed to be given until I asked. The location is excellent in Santa Fe.

The staff was nice and attentive. The location was great. It’s close to shops , food , and 7/11. There luxury brands and dealerships around.

Excellent location for business travelers with their meetings in the area. It is a long way from Polanco or Reforma just take that into consideration. Hotel is good, breakfast is solid. Personnel is very attentive and fast. Well organized as a whole.

My mother and I love this place, it’s clean, comfy and next to Santa Fe Shopping mall. You should definitely add the Breakfast Buffet, good price for delicious Chilaquiles, Eggs, Sweet Bread, Coffee, Juice, etc.

Great value for money . while there are better options in the area, there are much more expensive. this is a very good option on a lower price and still great location

the service at the reception and room all nice the breakfast as well. the room is big and clean comfortable.

Great hotel for the price in a nice area. Walking distance to the mall and multiple restaurants. Staff are very friendly. Nice sitting area to enjoy a cup if coffee with a nice city view.

The front desk manager and the support when needed in an emergency. All staff were very supportive.
